Creatives and makers have always been drawn to 30A for the laid-back lifestyle and stunning views. The beach is inspiring to many, including our founder, Brian Rabon. Looking to capture the spirit of our tropical home in a bottle, Brian opened 30A Distilling Co in 2021. Since we opened our doors, we’ve had great parties with live music, made incredible cocktails, and shared a taste of many of our premium gulf coast spirits. Dive in to learn more about what happens behind the scenes at a Florida craft distillery!
We start by sourcing our ingredients regionally from the South, such as Louisiana sugarcane. Processing and distillation happen partially at our sister distillery Sugarfield Spirits (be sure to try their delicious Sugarfield Rum!) in Gonzalez, LA. From there, we bring our barrels to our Santa Rosa distillery to finish the process to bring our products to perfection. We never include artificial flavors or synthetic additives to let the natural flavors shine. Once bottled, the bottles hit the shelves of our Tasting Room and local retailers.
After production is complete, our gulf coast spirits come to life in our Tasting Room. From whiskey tasting to craft cocktails, we offer an experience for every palette. Distillery tours in Florida are a fantastic way to spend your vacation days. Learn more about our 30A located distillery with an exclusive tour through our production facility. Led by Head Distiller and 30A Distilling Co. Founder Brian, we offer a tour for every taste. Choose a Public Tour & Tasting for a small group visit where you’ll explore the basics of distillation from grain to glass and then sample any three of our spirits.
