30A Distilling Co, a new Florida Craft Distillery, is seeking creative/innovative mixologists to tend bar in our brand-new tasting room. You will have the opportunity to work with our entire line-up of spirits to design and pour premium craft cocktails to delight our guests.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience slinging cocktails for a high-end establishment. Looking for team players who are willing to work outside their lane; additional opportunities exist to guide distillery tours, represent us at events/farmers markets, and even be a model for photo shoots. Professionals with a strong work ethic and desire to keep a clean working environment are encouraged to apply.

30A Distilling Co, a new Florida Craft Distillery, is seeking servers to assist our customers within our tasting room and at events around the panhandle. You will have the opportunity to meet locals as well as visitors and showcase your winning personality while forming deep bonds with our patrons.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, outgoing, and extroverted. Have the ability to be on their feet for their shift and keep a smile on their face and a sunny disposition throughout. Looking for team players who are willing to work outside their lane; additional opportunities exist to guide distillery tours, represent us at events/farmers markets, and even be a model for photo shoots.

Full-time, Salary

~$40K - $55K/annum

30A Distilling Co, a new Florida Craft Distillery, is seeking a tasting room manager. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our tasting room operation. This will include duties such as leading our team of servers and mixologists, inventory management and supply procurement, legal compliance, and customer service.

Ideal candidates will have previous hospitality management experience, a college degree in a related field, and a willingness to be agile (Able to rely on individuals and interactions over processes and tools) and possess a strong servant leadership style.

Part-time

30A Distilling Co, a new Florida Craft Distillery, is seeking a brewer/assistant distiller. This individual will be responsible for; all-grain brewing/mashing, monitoring fermentations, and taking corrective actions as needed, as well as completing stripping runs.

Ideal candidates will have previous brewery/distillery experience, a degree, certificate, and/or certification in a related field. Candidates must be capable of lifting 55-75 pounds repeatedly, working in warm/humid environments, and have an ability to accomplish goals with little supervision and/or direction. The more anal you are about cleaning and having an organized workspace the better.
