Grayton Beach REPOSADO Agave Spirit

Y’all might be wondering, didn’t 30A Distilling already make an agave spirit? You would be correct, but this time we aged our agave spirit in medium toast new American oak barrels for a few months to create this reposado, or ‘rested’ version of our much-loved blanco spirit.

Our owner and distiller, Brian Rabon, loves his agave spirits, including mezcal and tequila. He even boasts a 300+ bottle collection of mezcal at home. So there’s no wonder we’ve created another.

We start with our ethically sourced agave plants. We work with a company that is ethically and environmentally conscious, so we can do our part in agave preservation. They first grow the agave plants to infancy in nurseries, then relocate them outside so they can become full-grown in the wild. After harvesting, the plants are sent to lucky distilleries such as ourselves to create our agave spirit.
