Ciao Limoncello
Our Limoncello is an all-natural product made from four simple ingredients;
Lemons
Water
Cane sugar
Grain neutral spirits
We zest our lemons by hand and soak them in the grain neutral spirits until the most brilliant yellow color emerges. We then make a simple syrup with water and sugar and combine everything before bottling.
Our recipe has deep Italian roots… Eliana Ciao, local bartending legend and operator of the mobile bar Tipsy Mule, is from Agropoli, a small town on the Amalfi coast. Her family recipe has been handed down for generations and is as authentic as they come.
When available we source our lemons from Camelia Groves of Winter Haven, Florida (More details below). Camelia Groves specializes in Harvey lemons, perfect for zesting, and use close-to-organic farming practices as possible.
Due to its sweet and refreshingly dessert-like qualities, it is commonly served as an after-dinner digestif and is meant to be savored and sipped slowly. Our final product is bursting with citrus aromas, sweet and mildly spicy honey flavors, and lingering sweetness.

Meet the People that made it possible
An Italian-inspired, Florida-born Limoncello that tells a story.
-
Since 1925, this family has been specializing in citrus production and continues to do so to this day. Martha and Joe helped production by providing fresh Florida lemons as the keystone ingredient in our Limoncello.
-
Our Limoncello collaboration began with an idea born from the memories of Eliana’s upbringing in Agropoli, Italy. Growing up, her and her family would grow their own lemons for Limoncello. We’re lucky to use the same recipe today, and name it after the family that passed along the recipe.
